We are thrilled to welcome Maasha Kah to the Color Vision Advisory Board! Maasha Kah is the Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Tech and Equity at Uber. In that role, she works to ensure that Uber builds an inclusive workforce, workplace and marketplace.

Previously, as the Head of Outreach and Inclusion at DocuSign, Maasha Kah ensured diverse hiring and inclusive practices for the global organization. Additionally, Maasha led a team at Eventbrite as the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion, driving core strategy and operations for its internal and external diversity vision, strategy, policies, and implementation across the company.

Maasha has also worked for Google for over 5 years providing strategic thought leadership and program management for Google’s corporate social responsibility team, along with Diversity, Benefits, Compensation, and Recognition teams for the company along the way. In these roles, Maasha managed over 250 Global Ambassadors and her efforts reached 90,000+ employees globally. Prior to Google, Maasha was a Teach for America corps member. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from Columbia University and earned her Master’s of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.

Maasha is a motivational speaker who has inspired thousands to use their skills, talents & resources to make an extraordinary impact on themselves and the world. She is a strong supporter of wellness, education and economic opportunity, has partnered with numerous nonprofits to build organizational capacity, and personally mentors many individuals in career development. Maasha is originally from the Gambia, West Africa and constantly seeks to find ways to incite diversity, inclusivity, and equity.
