Even though the pandemic has created chaos and stunted opportunities for many, the world is changing with more women of color turning to business, and looking to grow in careers of choice. Color Vision’s mentorship program will be the perfect platform for such women to engage, learn and gain awareness of career opportunities, business and entrepreneurship to become leading figures in their community and field.

Color Vision’s mentorship program has been developed and designed by the organization’s advisory board to foster knowledge and connection through learning partnerships. The goal of the mentorship program is to help women of color take a proactive role in career development by providing opportunities to get involved in valuable one on one mentoring partnerships.

Must be a Manager or above and have 10+ years in the workplace or significant experience owning a running a business

Must have varied leadership experience
Must possess the following skills: listening, advocacy and sharing
Must be able to expose others to opportunities and increase visibility
Must complete an application and be accepted into the program
Must be able to meet once a month with your mentee virtually
Must be able to communicate via email bi-weekly
Must be willing to encourage your mentor and give advice
